The project is focused on the use of space where patios and outdoor spaces are integrated within the same floor. It is entered through a patio, which works as an entrance ramp for vehicles facing northeast. On the other hand, the counter front faces southeast, looking at the garden and the pool. The ground floor comprises a sizeable continuous room where the living room and dining room are located together with a semi-integrated kitchen. To one side, there is a large family room with a bathroom. The staff quarters, laundry room, storage area, and another full bathroom are on the same level. On the upper floor are the four bedrooms, the main en suite with a walk-in closet, a family room with a terrace overlooking the mountains, and study space.
