House with five chalets, accommodating 18 people in each. All with air conditioning and individual water heaters. It has a large games room with a television, bar and toilet. Lounge with living room and dining room with barbecue, wood oven and toilet. Spacious poolside deck built on the rock with infinity edge. Small private beach, pier for anchoring boats, six poitas duly located in the cove for overnight stay with total security. Garage for boat and or jet ski with access ramp with two winches. Engine room where three generator sets are installed. Two houses for caretakers, apartment for two sailors, large kitchen and laundry. At the top of the hill, an old house was restored and a gym and sauna, a sand volleyball court with a privileged view were installed.
