This house under construction is located in a residential area, near the village of Begur, a few km from the beaches.
The house is distributed in two levels, ground floor and first floor, using the unevenness of the land and taking advantage of the views.
From the entrance on the ground floor, we find a hall with a guest toilet, a large equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room with fireplace with heat recovery and woodshed, and the master suite with dressing room and bathroom. From any of the rooms we have access to the terrace from where we would access to the pool and garden area through exterior stairs.
