SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTAL Elegant two-bedroom, one-bath cottage. All living spaces are on ground level. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just two minutes to Osterville Center. Professionally landscaped. Monthly or Seasonal during summer months. Two week minimum in off-season. Newly renovated, early 2011: custom starfish shutters, custom weathervane, new roof and siding, new windows, doors and deck. Amenities include: air conditioning, heat, full size washer and dryer, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, flat screen cable television, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Sleeps six. Each bedroom has a double bed and double closets with lighting and racks. Linens, blankets, towels, beach towels, beach sticker and internet hook-up are available upon request. Only available Spring, Summer and Fall. $1,500 per week during shoulder season.
