Traditional house in front of the sea, in a coveted stretch of João Luís Alves Avenue, in Urca. Formerly the residence of the Norwegian consul, the main building has two floors. On the first floor there is the living room, kitchen, and a small glassed-in pantry. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, two of which with privative bathrooms, and an office. The second building contains two staff quarters and a bathroom upstairs, and a laundry room and storage room downstairs. There are gardens, a small jacuzzi swimming pool, and a wooden deck.
