The living area consists of a large sitting room, a dining room, a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a porch and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill. In the sleeping area there are five bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as one common bathroom. There is air conditioning in all rooms and three parking spaces. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a steam room, a hot tub, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court and a pier with access to the open sea.
