Welcome to the Unification Theological Seminary's Barrytown Campus in the town of Red Hook, NY. The subject 260 acres is comprised of the main seminary building (118,071 sf), Massena House (12,699 sf), Sunnyside Cottage (3,102 sf), Harvest House (5,616 sf), Apple Cottage (1,236 sf), gatehouse (2,892 sf), and 4 additional barn and garage structures (8,376 sf). The property is situated within two zoning districts: Water Conservation (WC) and Institutional (I). The Institutional District is intended to accommodate the comprehensively planned, land-extensive, campus-type environments of educational, health-related and other not-for-profit institutional facilities and compatible residential, agricultural, conservation and open space uses. Permitted uses include single-family residences (five acre lots) and agriculture. Other uses, including institutional, are allowed by special permit.
