The master hosts a king bed, wall mounted TV and desk, with a queen in the first guest bedroom and pullout couch and desk in the second guest bedroom. All bedrooms are ensuite.The Biltmore amenities include a 24-hour manned front desk, two guest suites, fitness center, social rooms, and a resort-style pool. Bay Colony residents enjoy the use of their own private newly renovated beach club and restaurant and tennis club.Please note there is no microwave, 1 parking spot for the lease and the tenants will need to commit to keep the owners cleaner up to 3 times per week.
