This fantastic finca is located in one of the best areas on the outskirts of the town of Santa María del Camí. Access to the property is through a portico that leads to a patio with plants surrounding the house.  The interior has been renovated and converted into a spacious area with lots of light and decorative details, reminiscent of a Moroccan Riad.  The main house is distributed over two floors. The living areas are on the ground floor with several rooms with large light windows that open onto the garden and the pool. There are also two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this floor; one of them has an independent entrance.  On the upper floor there is a small office and 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and one of them has direct access to a nice terrace.  Across from the main terrace is the impressive green tile heated pool and Jacuzzi. The farm also has a guest apartment, 2 private water wells and agricultural land with almond and orange trees..
