The dwelling overlooks two large gardens for a total of 1200 square meters of greenery and is surrounded by 11 hectares of park, included a small private lake. The villa extends on 3 levels; on the first floor one finds the living area with elegant living rooms and a dining room, on the second floor is located the night area and lastly the basement in which one finds a wide kitchen with fireplace, laundry room and storage room.
Offered in the villa are included many services such as swimming pool, private security service, Cable tv, air-conditioning, WiFi, portable wifi routers, linens/towels and toiletries are changed twice a week.
