Wide apartment with impeccable decora at Higienópolis neighborhood, a traditional noble area of São Paulo City. It is near many squares, restaurants and a few blocks away from a shopping mall. The condominium offers many leisure areas and security services. The interior design project uses neutral color, a minimalist inspiration and offers a wide living area to 2 ambiances with a balcony and a view to the treetops, a dining room, a lunch room, with all social areas in hardwood floors. The kitchen has practical cabinets in black and white, and appliances in inox. The intimate area has 4 suites, but one of them was made into a TV room. They all have hardwood floors, with bathrooms in light beige and white.
