Ancient Salentine residence in Lecce stone

Ancient residence a few meters from the beautiful central square, in the historic center of a characteristic town in the heart of Salento Baroque, just 5 km from the city of Lecce.
The house is located in a typical courtyard adjacent to a small church and is spread over two floors, it is accessed by a gate that leads into the private courtyard, a stone staircase leads to the first floor while the main house is on the ground floor with a large living room with walls in typical exposed Lecce stone and a star vault, the kitchen has a barrel vault and stone wall; complete the ground floor two double bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, two bathrooms and a wardrobe compartment. The living area rooms have direct access to the small paved courtyard which is partly covered by a roof. The outdoor space is well equipped with an outdoor shower.
On the upper floor there is a charming terrace on which a guest room has been created, equipped with a small kitchenette, restoring the ancient stone attic. The bathroom on the roof floor has access from the terrace and has a pitched roof with tiled roofing.
From the terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and views of the church.
