BAHIA VISTA GULF

Bahia Vista Gulf is a mid-rise complex located on the Gulf of Mexico with a lush, tropical setting. You can literally take approximately 30 steps and you are on the beach greeted by beautiful, blue/green tropical waters. Wander up and down a lovely beach, seeking treasures and exotic sea shells. The community's junior Olympic size pool at Bahia Vista has been a wonderful place to meet neighbors, gather under the umbrellas for a friendly card game, or find your quiet spot to delve into your favorite book. The pool has always been a big attraction at Bahia Vista as it has multiple decks to relax, enjoy the warmth of the sun especially during those snow bird months. The condo has some great updates, as well as anew washer/dryer for your convivence. The sliders have all been replaced with hurricane proof windows for peace of mind. There are two distinct bedrooms, both with access to the balcony with a great Gulf of Mexico view. Enjoy that morning coffee and take in the fresh morning breeze rolling in from the West, you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico view from the bedroom and take in the sunset from the balcony.The condo also has a balcony off the living room/great room as well. The condo is being sold furnished with a few personal items that will not convey. Come and see for yourself and make sure you wander down those few steps to the pool and beach. Bahia Vista Gulf is located just across the street from the Crow's Nest and a short walk to the South Jetty. Take that walk for a hot dog at Jetty Jack's, sit awhile and enjoy the marine life along the Jetty. What a way to enjoy Venice at its best!
