Externally and from the rear, a staircase leads up to the third double bedroom, with a pleasant outside space with sea views.

A few metres from the main house is the second house. Here too, the living room is accessed from the covered and furnished terrace overlooking the pool. It consists of a kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.


Separate annexe
On the other side of the pool is this annexe, which corresponds to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, on the ground floor and of approx. 22 m².


Surroundings of the property
The location is really exceptional, just a few steps from the beach in a very quiet area, even in summer. Migjorn belongs to the southern part of Formentera, and stretches along eight kilometres of paradisiacal beaches. In addition, the area has a traditional restaurant by the sea and a beach bar, very characteristic of the island, which blend in perfectly with the elements of this natural landscape
