Propertie with 130 years of history surrounded by orange trees with gardens and the typical house of Alicante orchard, with wrought iron balconies on the second floor, stone tower, high ceilings and terracotta. It is protected by centenary pine trees, cobbled terraces and has an almost complete traditional oil press and an old stone wash house. The swimming pool is the original irrigation pond that has been remodeled.
Next to the main house there is a guest house with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Both houses are rebuilt with luxury materials and all the comforts, the exterior carpentry is Dussie and double glazing windows, the interior is solid wood. Next to the bedrooms there is a room with jacuzzi.
The house is very well connected, 7 km from the center of Alicante and 5 km from the beaches.
The "finca" was built in 1874. It is located in Alicante (Costa Blanca) and has an area of 18,472 m2 cultivated mostly with orange and olive trees. The house was completely rebuilt in 2002-2004 without losing its historical value.
The main house has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, office, 2 covered porches, wine cellar and a room with jacuzzi.
The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
