Located in the middle of a reserve full of trails and parks, in a gated community, near the center of Itaipava and with direct access via BR 040, 1 km from the Municipal Horto. The house has a unique and sustainable design, built off the ground to avoid humidity and with reforested wood. With energy efficiency, it has rainwater capture for automatic irrigation, green roof, zenithal lighting, convection ventilation, photovoltaic energy, and solar heating with gas support. Outside, there is an inviting outdoor whirlpool bath, sauna, bathroom, pizza oven, and barbecue grill. It has integrated environments in modern and minimalist style, providing comfort.
