Agricultural Farm in Paine

Agricultural farm located in the commune of Paine, 45 km from Santiago, with 1,100 hectares of total area, with a patronal house, a park with centenary trees, and a beautiful church.


It has 100 hectares of plantations made up of:
75 hectares of almond trees
12 hectares of avocados in total production
8 hectares planted by quillayes
2.5 hectares occupied by the roadblocks
2 courts for drying or storage. All the plantations have drip irrigation.


1,000 hectares of hills with abundant natural forest with good paths to cross them.


Construction Detail:
Well-maintained 19th-century adobe (mix of clay, mud, and straw) house of 2,000 sqm.
Adjoining house to this one, currently used for kitchens, warehouses, and services.


Hills and Forest, made up of tree sprouts, were exploited more than 100 years ago, and today they form a large shoot forest. The most existing trees are peumos, liters, quillayes, boldos, espinos, maquis, etc.
CONAMA declared the area as -Priority Site for the Conservation of Biodiversity in the RM of Santiago-.
* At the ravine base, it has been proposed to enable earthworks, between 25 and 30 hás, for fruit plantations.
