The only plot of land that can be developed for residential use in the Ferrerias area. This plot consists of 26,000 sqm in a square shape and 170 metres length approxiimately on each side. It is located by the entrance to this paradigmatic Minorcan beach.
The permit guarantees the construction of up to 17 plots of 900 sqm on average (minimum 800 sqm) in which a single family home of up to 2 levels over 265 sqm with swimming pool can be built on each plot. It also provides for a green area with a children’s playground, bike lanes, parking spaces and two small roads.
The project has been approved. The urban development works comprise building the roads and parking spaces, reconditioning of the green areas and fitting of the urban services infrastructure as described in the Plan.
The defined budget includes the drainage system linked to the river and connection to the current drinking water and sanitation systems, transformer MV/LV and the underground connection to the electricity supply for the entire development and its services.
