Esprit de Vie, is a beautiful 1950's Villa which has been redone to offer the best of both worlds - areas ( proximity to the Athenian center coupled with the advantages of the Athenian Riviera)
The villa is a laid-back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre, providing a marvellous outdoor area and garden with swimming pool. Just 250 m from Glyfada Beach the Villa can accommodate up to 12 people it its 6 bedrooms.
The interior areas have been designed to offer a relaxing and warm atmosphere and neutral tones dominate.
The air-conditioned units are furnished with parquet floors and feature a shared bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, desk, a living room, an equipped kitchen, balcony and views over the garden. A dishwasher, a microwave and fridge are also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine.
The villa offers a sun terrace. Flisvos Marina is 8 km from the property while Astir Beach is only 9 km away. A paid airport shuttle service is also included in the weekly rate.
