Binibeca beach is 10 minutes drive away, and the airport of Mahon, the capital of Menorca, just 15 minutes away.
The house retains an updated traditional style. Highlights are the huge sliding glass doors that open onto the comfortable equipped winter garden, and a large wooden dining room, where to enjoy the views of the garden whatever the outside temperature. An impressive covered entrance with elegant clay pots welcomes you and gives way to the inside, composed of the living room which has large and comfortable areas and a large fully-equipped kitchen with central island and breakfast bar. Three of the four rooms are on this same ground floor, one with en suite bathroom, whirlpool bath and separate shower. A room with twin beds and a single room with a separate bathroom to share. On the top floor, the master suite has a bright, large room, huge arched windows that open onto a private terrace with spectacular views.
Next to the house there is a semicircular terrace with private pool, which includes a hydromassage section, several terraces for sunbathing, a pergola with barbecue and a comfortable outdoor dining area.
