There are two stunning living spaces: a 3-bedroom main villa with beautiful terraced gardens and private seafront access, and a 2-bedroom independent luxury guest house. With two ensuite bedrooms and its own separate entrance, the guest house is perfect for larger groups. Enjoy a total of 5 bedroom suites, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
From the moment you step through the antique doors, brought over from Rajasthan, your gaze is drawn irresistibly toward the breathtaking sea view. Yet, the gardens reveal another treasure: a stunning 25-meter freshwater infinity pool. Designed to resemble a natural rock pool, it boasts an exposed rock face along one side, seamlessly blending into the landscape.

A short stroll away, the lowest terrace offers direct seafront access, a ladder for swimming, and a floating boat mooring and jetty.
Inside, muted tones and natural textures, pale stone walls, glossy oak floors, and whitewashed exposed beams create a harmonious blend with the surroundings. Unique, bespoke furnishings add a touch of personality. Spacious ground-floor rooms open onto a broad wraparound terrace, where two sofas surround a striking Indonesian brass coffee table. An elegant dining area for eight completes this inviting outdoor space.
The private terrace has two comfortable armchairs, plenty of shade and spectacular views. On the ground floor are the two guest bedroom suites one with a super king sized bed which can be made up as twins and the other with a king sized bed, both with dressing room areas and ensuite walk-in shower rooms. Electric curtains silently open and close at the touch of a button.
The main terrace has comfortable seating and lighting, and a separate dining area, making it a pleasure to dine or relax outdoors by day or night.The 25m, freshwater infinity swimming pool, terraces with sunbeds and parasols, together with shade from olive trees, and pool bar are positioned below the house. Shallow areas on both sides give easy access. Closer to the seafront is a well- stocked bar with a thatched roof seating. The seafront terrace is completely private, equipped with parasols and sun loungers, and there is a shower facility.A wisteria-draped pergola with a beautiful chandelier shelters the garden dining area. Nearby, a fully stocked bar is conveniently built into the villa wall. For larger gatherings, a separate, discreetly located kitchen and food preparation area offer additional support.
The master suite is a private sanctuary occupying the entire upper floor. It features a super king-size bed for ultimate comfort, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower and double basins. A generously sized walk-in dressing room completes this luxurious retreat.
