The owner calls her Apartment Le Mouchoir because it's small , but it's so perfectly planned that she felt compelled to write a thank you letter to Pip Cheshire for his thrilling design.


SKHY , formerly the 1970's Winstone Aggregate head office , provided Cheshire Architects and Lamont and Co with a wonderful canvas to create different floor plates and therefore attract a wide range of residential buyers.
The interior detail is elegantly articulated in the high 3.3 metre stud, the concrete beams, the engineered oak floors and the unexpected scullery that houses the laundry appliances.
