The estate, spread over approximately 73 hectares of land, is dedicated to organic farming with over 18 hectares of olive groves (7000 plants) and fields cultivated with spelled and legumes (25ha of arable land). Three private lakes and numerous water sources complete this idyllic picture, making this place a jewel within the UNESCO World Heritage List.

In 2018, the property was completely renovated, maintaining its authenticity and integrating modern technologies. The main farmhouse, of over 1100 m2, is the beating heart of this farm, where we also find 12 horse boxes and saddlery facilities. On the first floor, there are 4 comfortable suites and 2 apartments with kitchens, for a total of 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, which offer breathtaking views; on the ground floor there is a restaurant with 50 seats, tasting room, shop and reception.
There are two further farmhouses: an ancient village with a central square of approx. 530m2 where we find a lounge, a semi-professional kitchen, a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, tub and relaxation area (on the first floor), gym (on the ground floor), 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The last structure of approximately 400 m2 consists of a common lounge, a kitchen and 6 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms.
