Near the villa there are famous beaches, one facing Monte Argentario and the other facing Capalbio. You can also explore the archaeological sites of the Ansedonia Towers, the Etruscan Tagliata, the Queen's Spacco and the archaeological area of Cosa. There are bars, restaurants, beach clubs and a free beach 900 meters from the villa. All shops, transport and services are located in Orbetello, 10 km from the villa.
The villa has an area of about 140 square meters and is on two floors connected by an external staircase. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden next to the pergola.
