We present this new Passivhouse project in Mas Alba in Sant Pere de Ribes, very close to the center of Sitges.


The expected delivery date of the finished house will be in mid 2024. It is a house that includes a garage and swimming pool. It is a construction of high quality materials under the Passivhouse methodology.
