The building is the first project for the integration of art and architecture in Spain. It is really a habitable piece of art in the exclusive neighborhood of Los Jerónimos, Madrid.


The original façade, the central courtyard and the staircase were preserved from the original construction. It's based in a classical building from 19th century.
