Dark stained narrow kauri floorboards merge into industrial Pirelli rubber floors. An enormous and detailed laundry can clearly behave like a butlers kitchen if needed for entertaining. A landing leads to a self-contained flat which sits above the garage.


To access the upper sleeping level there is a choice of two stairways rising in opposite directions . On this upper level are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A room adjoining the main bedroom has been used as a nursery and is now a spacious office. A splendid dressing room will delight most. Downstairs is a very elegant modernist living space that is integrated into a soothing paved zen like garden. Sculptures, bamboos, elms, bonsais and carefully placed rocks are a visual feast. In this part of the property are the three internally accessed garages and separate and generous storage space.
