House with beautiful sea views and a large garden (オフ市場)

This house is a haven of tranquility and privacy with a magnificent garden and sea views a few steps from the center of the village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres.


The house was completely renovated in 2012 and decorated with great taste. The day area consists of a living room separated from the kitchen by a designer fireplace. The porch is simply wonderful, with great sea views and surrounded by fruit trees where you can enjoy the summer evenings.


The sleeping area is divided into three zones, the upper one consists of a large bedroom en suite with access to the terrace, in the central area two bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom and a third bedroom also en suite. On the lower floor there is a multipurpose room with direct access to the garden and a service room with bathroom.


The garden surrounds the house and creates different environments, a path under the trees leads to the pool area.
