A small peninsula of 3.5 hectares, with access from International Route 215, it has 690 meters of Ribera del Lago, a park made up of established meadows and forests with various native trees and some varieties of pines.


The property has a main house of approx. 800 m/2 heated plus 200 m of terraces, a caretaker's house of approx. 150 mt/2, ​​a boathouse of 10 x 4 meters, and a wooden shed or barn of 17 x 13.5 meters.


Additional infrastructure comprises a reinforced concrete ramp of approximately 60 meters for lowering boats to the lake and a reinforced concrete pier with the capacity to park several smaller boats.


Main house:


It is a wooden construction (mostly Oregon pine), robust construction with self-supporting slab, very well insulated, with thermopane windows throughout the house. It has a central heating system for wood by radiators, a gas hot water system, for which there is a 600 kg liquefied gas tank.
Both the main house and the caretaker's house are supplied with water from the existing spring on the property, propelled by electric pumps and hydro packs.

Bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi and shower, painting room, and a desk, all with access to a large side terrace for exclusive use.
