House with privileged view on Ilha da Caieira

Built on a hill at Ilha da Caieira, this house is surrounded by the island's forest and the crystal clear waters of the Angra dos Reis bay. The outside area is large and has, next to the master suite, a sauna, a hot tub, an outside table for meals, and sofas for resting. Down the hill towards the beach is the pier, spacious enough for yachts and speedboats, which is the entry point to this house and its leisure area with large barbecue grill with dining table fully covered giving this area a bungalow feel. On the beach area are three sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and spending hours relaxing in the sunlight. The property with its open concept was designed with the sunlight and winds that blow through the region in mind, creating a light and airy environment inside the house that few places have.
