Historical farm in the heart of Chianti Classico (オフ市場)

This wonderful winery is located on a hill and dominates the vineyard of Chianti Classico, with a total of approx 20ha and 9163mq of land and a real estate development positioned around an ancient tower of the XIII century, partly set up as agritourism and partly residential. It is in total about 1659mq with five buildings.
The buildings were completely restored in 2000 and subsequently maintained in perfect condition, the materials used are of the highest standards and respect the classic Tuscan style, one may find wooden beams on the ceiling, historic terracotta floors (recovered where it was possible) and many other details that give an authentic atmosphere to the structure. In the old granary there are 2 other two floor apartments of the agritourism, composed of a living area with kitchenette on the ground floor and on the first floor one has two bedrooms and a bathroom and the other has one bedroom and a bathroom. The last of the 7 apartments of the farmhouse is located in the barn, it is on the ground floor and is composed of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the other side of the building there is the reception and an archive on the first floor. The part dedicated to the agritourism is about 595sqm with 22 authorized bedrooms, while the annexes use for agricultural purpose are a cellar of about 39sqm and another of about 32sqm, a shed of 156sqm and a warehouse of about 351sqm, these volumes can be used in a recovery plan for developing the business as for example building a restaurant or a larger cellar, a wellness center, a common room, an added value for those who want to develop and improve the current business. On the property there is also a 10x18mt swimming pool with a green area around it, perfect for enjoying the spectacular view of the vineyards in complete tranquility. Most of the land surrounds the property plus there are about 8 ha located about 10km from there. More precisely the land is partly cultivated with olive groves for about 1ha 2435sqm with a total of 600 plants and partly in vineyards for a total of about 12ha 7414sqm of which 8ha 1325sqm with Chianti Classico while the grapes that can be found in addition to the Sangiovese, which is the largest part, are Canaiolo nero, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malvasia and Viognier.
The company also has a precious perpetual and free servitude to a private aqueduct, as well as being connected to the main aqueduct, a treasure for agriculture.
