The farm has 4500 hectares composed mostly of a native adult forest with predominant species of pink Coigüe, Raulí, Lenga, Mañios, and Tepa.
In the field's interior, the Rupameica river and another without a name and abundant estuaries that fall into these same rivers are born. The top of its hills conserves snow practically all the year when thawing forms estuaries, rivers, and waterfalls inside the property.
It is a field with abundant fauna where it is common to see wild boar, deer that pass from Argentina, salmon in the rivers, and native birds of Chile.
The interior roads and the access are gravelly, but they are deteriorated by the successive winters reason why the access at the moment is on horseback or by helicopter.
