Implanted inside a lot in ravine and surrounded by lush walnut vegetation, the house is inspired by the famous Fallingwater house, designed by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright in the 1930s in the United States.
This property however was designed and built by the architect Von der Becke in 1963, undoubtedly inspired by the residence of the Kaufmann family.
The landscaping is the work of Gabriela Crespi who recreated a jungle area of walnut trees and lianas, respecting the style of the "organic" architecture of F.L.Wright.
Because of this fundamental characteristic, this property can be defined as "a residence that is a piece of art in itself".
The original volume has 4 floors plus the terrace, and are interspersed with the slope of the ravine. All floors are linked by an elevator.
The distribution is basically the following
1st Level for services and laundry;
2nd. Level Two offices with balconies plus a bathroom;
3rd Master Suite level and three bedrooms with balconies that share a bathroom;
4th Level: kitchen, living room, toilet, large covered barbecue with sliding glass roof and terraces;
The terrace, previously covered with grass, now has a deck floor and cement and stone tiles.
All the heating of the house is done through boiler with equipment and recently renewed downhills and air conditioning equipment. The carpentry is in impeccable condition.
The architectural value of the exterior is repeated in the interior, where in addition the multitude of carefully chosen objects of furniture and that form part of the residence, where the work done in the selection of them is remarkable. The whole school of the Bauhaus is represented in the different environments with armchairs Barcelona, Butterly, Wassily, etc. that make a single spirit with the house, although we also find pop winks like the daisies in the dining room or the round mirrors at the head of the master suite.
It is essential to highlight that part of this design furniture will be delivered with the property, which adds a very considerable value.
In the attached Volume, we find a 1st. floor with a large office in a space of minimalist style, with floor to ceiling windows and a large deck terrace. It has bar type bar, toilet and storage space or file. The lower level of this volume also has a multipurpose space, with a totally modern meeting room that is isolated with glass doors and also has a bar and toilet.
This level also has a garage of collection cars with white smoothed cement coating and access to the street Vito Dumas. The windows have curtains and blackout completely domotizados.
The gardens have a lush vegetation and are completed with a beautiful pool covered in venecitas, with large solarium in athermic travertilit.
