On top of the cliff, this 1,600 s.m. land house is surrounded by the Atlantic Rainforest and is 10 minutes on foot from Trancoso’s downtown and 15 minutes away from the beach. The project has 800 s.m. of built area distributed in two buildings. The first is a social area, accessed by a bridge and has two generous borders. The house is covered in geometric muxarabi, inspired by the famous hammocks from Bahia, creating balance between privacy and natural light and air entrance. The social area in completely integrated and has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a storeroom, a toilet, an extensive deck that brings the exterior inside, an infinity pool, a steam room with a view to the native forest, service areas such as a laundry room, a storage area and a machine room. It also holds a lounge next to a guest suite, a master suite with a closet, a double bathroom, a bathtub, and a makeup stand. The second building holds four more guest suites, a gourmet area, lounges and a green terrace with wood benches.
