White O House of the Pritzker Prize 2013 Toyo Ito.
Iconic residential project by the renowned Japanese architect, invited by Ochoalcubo to design a house in the well-cared-for K sector of Marbella.
The architect created a transparent and, at the same time, intimate house on an extensive 2,500 sqm plot, unique in Marbella.
The central point of the house is a partially enclosed interior garden. The house has a spacious living room followed by a large dining room. This distribution allows the interior and exterior areas of the place to be unified. The stone terraces, the circular pool, and the impeccable landscaping by Juan Grimm are the protagonists. An independent kitchen and a wine cellar next to it.
There are three suites on the main level in the bedroom sector with views of the golf course and a fourth suite on the lower level.
