Organic winery in the heart of Crete Senesi (Off Market)

Ancient farm immersed in the countryside of Siena at the gates of the "Crete Senesi" which is spread over five buildings that make up a small village where the charm of the countryside, the colors, the materials and the fruits of the earth guarantee contact with the nature and a view on it. Today the property is an organic winery where tourist rentals are also made. The buildings are spread over five units that house an apartment of 137 square meters as well as two buildings for a total of about 276 square meters in which there are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 4 apartments; the winery has 21 authorized beds; the rooms all reflect the typical Tuscan style, where we find the terracotta on the floor, the wooden beams on the ceiling, the Rapolano Terme travertine in the bathrooms, the alabaster of Volterra in the masonry kitchens, fully respecting the peasant history of these lands.
The buildings intended for agricultural activity have a total area of ​​approximately 333 square meters; here are the tasting room, the office, the bathroom, the oven, the pantry and the winemaking room as well as a building under construction where a cellar for winemaking and aging of wine could be built.
Inside the property we also find a small consecrated church of about 16 square meters and a swimming pool. The whole is surrounded by about 2 ha and 2645 square meters of land of which about 2240 square meters of vineyard in San Giovanni Nero and an olive grove of about 9.916 square meters with 275 plants. At about 1km from the main building there are other 6ha and 6800mq of which 3ha3698 of vineyards in San Giovanni Nero and 6194 of olive groves with 178 plants. The company is family-run and the wine production is highly appreciated and even rewarded; a white IGT Toscana, a Chianti DOCG, a Chianti Riserva DOCG, a red IGT Toscano and an excellent extra virgin olive oil are produced, all strictly Organic.
