The gentle hills dotted with vineyards in Vignale Monferrato, one of the most beautiful and well-known villages of Monferrato, today a territory listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, are the setting for this charming farmhouse, whose origins take us back to the end of the eighteenth century. The property, renovated and welcoming, is spread over two levels, and it measures approximately 470 square meters. The materials used, such as tuff, ancient bricks, and terracotta floors, reflect the soul of the traditional Monferrato farmhouses. The entrance is characterized by a spring well of 16 meters, on the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a large living room with fireplace and decorated ceiling, a kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, another room, a bathroom and a laundry. Going up to the first floor through a Luserna stone staircase we find a study, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Following along the corridor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large master bedroom with spectacular windows overlooking the hills. The attic is renovated and it looks like a potential loft with a bathroom. The external area with a portico overlooking the lovely garden and the suggestive cellar with the typical "infernot" is also very beautiful. The total land owned measures approximately 1.2 hectares. The charming village of Vignale Monferrato can be reached on foot in a few minutes with a nice walk and it is an hour from the main cities of Milan, Turin, and Genoa.
