Flavia is located on the affluent north east coast which is full of beautiful bays and white pebbled coves. The villa is near the largest town/village of the area, the colourful and picturesque Kassiopi. Its excellent seafront location and proximity to Kassiopi make Flavia a most attractive choice for a summer holiday.
Spacious outdoor areas, such as the dining and pool area just next to the water, promise unique moments of relaxation with family and friends. The closest beach is only a five minute walk away.
The villa enjoys a fresh, airy and modern atmosphere and boasts breathtaking sea views.
Ground floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to terraces
First floor : Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view terrace, double bedroom with en-suite shower room
Second floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double sofa bed can be used in attic room
Common areas: Open-plan living and dining area bathed in natural light. Sea views. Direct access to terraces and garden. There is an equipped kitchen with access to outdoor dining/kitchen terrace. The first floor also features a small TV room with sofa bed.
In total the villa may accommodate up to eight adults and three children. Breakfast service is included in the rate.
