Enchanting complex castled on the hills of Monferrato (Off Market)

The picturesque hills of the Monferrato act as a frame for this beautiful and tiny "village" shaped by the castle and the annex buildings, which are nestled between vineyards and woods, overlooking the surrounding hills and offering a panoramic stunning view. The origins of the castle date back to 1400, but it was recently and totally rebuilt respecting the ancient structure, recovering the bricks and stones originals of the XXV century. The project was developed and in part realized in the perspective of creating a receptive structure that includes 14 rooms with en suite bathroom, an indoor swimming pool in the designated spa area, a restaurant and a bar. The external walls and the roof were completed, while the walls delimitating the interior spaces and the plant engineering aren't completed. There are two terraces that follow the pattern of the castle and all the ceilings are covered with wooden beams and planks. The complex adjacent to the castle consists of two housing units respectively of about 130 sqm and 180 sqm and of a manor house, divisible also in two residential units, of about 450 sqm. The property has a large, panoramic terrace, a garden with heated swimming pool, a barbecue area and an orchard; everything is protected by an external and internal alarm system. The complex is completed by about 23 hectares of land, including 6 hectares of hazelnut groves and 1 hectare of vineyard, both currently in production.
